South River Terrace - Taylor Morrison

I would rate zero stars if I could. Over the past two years, I have experienced significant disappointment with my Taylor Morrison-built condo, particularly as a resident of the lower level of a stacked unit. Despite being informed during the sales process by a sales agent that the building’s resiliency channels would prevent excessive noise from upstairs neighbors, I have discovered that this is not the case. I can clearly hear my upstairs neighbors whenever they walk, which is both annoying and unacceptable given the premium I am paying for this unit. The construction quality of the building is also disappointing and falls short of expectations. I have attempted to submit warranty tickets for minor issues, but the Taylor Morrison team has consistently demonstrated a lack of accountabilit

There is settling typical cracks and there is poor craftsmanship. This cracks have occurred after living in the house for less then 3 months.

Very pleased with our home, excellent builder.
