Office staff has been consistently responsive, friendly and professional in the three years I have lived here. Mel, the maintenance man is always kind, respectful and engaged with communication about property issues. Definitely recommend this property for affordability, access to transportation and major connections in S. Fargo.

I really appreciate how quick my maintenance issues were taken care of. I called one day and Mel the maintenance man was making the repairs the very next day, unbelievable! What I love most about living here is our maintenance tech, Mel. Melford is such a kind, knowledgeable, and professional person! Anytime we’ve had any issues he is happy to take care of it in a timely manner. When we see Mel on the property he is always in a good spirits and stops to say hi!
