South Pointe - David Weekley Homes

This is my second time coming to the model home. The first time was last Sunday and the office closed early. Today no one was in the office. My husband and I waited 30 minutes. I am NOT impressed and you just lost a sale. You lost a big sale at that. I wanted the McManus floor plan. I will take my business elsewhere, and I’ll be sure to let all of my family and friends know the experience that I’ve had.

This review is a long time coming- we closed January 2023 -They say building a home is one of life’s most stressful undertakings, but thanks to Carla at David Weekley Homes, our experience was more symphony than circus. From day one, Carla was equal parts concierge, counselor, and construction whisperer. She answered calls on her day off (who does that anymore?), translated blueprint hieroglyphics into human language, and navigated us through the twists and turns of the building process as if she were building her own dream home—with my indecisiveness and her patience. She didn’t just sell us a house; she enveloped us in care and competence. If I could bottle her empathy, I’d give it to every customer service rep on Earth. Carla and Adam were very knowledgeable and guided me the entire way. David weekly is a top class builder with excellent standards for new construction. Would definitely recommend this community in southpointe and the builder.

I give them a star because they build in good communities. Their homes overpriced and poor quality, craftsmanship poorly design and cheap materials. My experience with them have been a nightmare, I closed on my home a year ago and I been spending money from the first week I moved in. Please research and read reviews before investing.
