South Pointe

Ester and Victoria are amazing, I was very grateful for their patience. The process to become a resident in the community was made easy because they answered all our questions. We love our apartment and so glad we have great people that work for South Pointe ❤️

I have been trying for months to get an apartment. I went in and was told there was one matching my needs available and for me to send in my income information. After I did that, i did not hear anything. Then I contacted them and the assistant manager then looked over my documents. We spoke about needing another form for income verification but she said she needed to make sure which form it was. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I have called several times and left several messages. Very unprofessional. If the unit was leased, they could have at least had the courtesy to contact me and let me know instead of ghosting.

These apartments are beyond trash.. Maintenance does nothing AT ALL.. My bf apartment flooded with water from the apartment upstairs. They never replaced carpet NOTHING! BLACK MOLD GREW EVERYWHERE! I was sick everytime I spent the night till finally I had to go to the ER for a RESPIRATORY INFECTION.. The manager was extremely rude even though my bf ALWAYS paid his rent on time. The only time they did anything was recently, cause they're trying to sell the apartments. AND STILL all they replaced was a small piece of sheet rock in the bathroom ceiling! These apartments are hazardous to your health!! These apartments need to be reported to the BBB!!

I absolutely love living here. The ladies in the office are very helpful and friendly. Maintenance keeps up with everything So it always looks nice here. People are friendly, but also to themselves. It’s just peaceful here. I have no intentions of leaving.

I love this place! Esther and Victoria were very helpful in getting me settled into my new apartment and the units are very spacious and affordable. Me and my family couldn't be more happier thank you!!
