South Park by Windsor Apartments

2026 (Updated) The maintenance team is still great, but apartment management is awful. Unfortunately Ellison left, and things have gone downhill for the past 6 months. There’s been sewage leaking constantly in the parking lot for 3-4 months and it stinks to high heaven. We have to drive through it every day and the poor maintenance crew has to clean up the mess. One of the biggest perks of the building was the guest parking lot, and we used to be able to validate guests for $10. Now it’s like $50 if you park overnight, which is unheard of even in DTLA. The lot is always empty too so it makes no sense. Finally, package theft is still rampant and if your delivery is left in the mail room, it will 100% get stolen if it’s left overnight. Do not move here the Management Team is awful especially Alexa the Sales Manager, and they do not care about their residents. No one works in the office, and no one ever answers the phones. Fire alarms going off at all hours of the night every week! Package lockers never work, or your packages are constantly stolen. The elevators breakdown weekly and I've been trapped inside 3 times, and the elevator phones do no work and smells like urine inside. I've had several leaks inside my unit and celiing, wet drywall, and maintenance takes forever to respond & the office lies in emails and says they will be back, and you have to follow up with them for WEEKS to get help!!! Absolutely beautiful in design, location and well maintained. However all of the glitter doesn't justify the high cost of living here. This is without including the additional cost of parking which should be included in rents this high...

My lease ends in December & I cannot wait to leave here. We’ve had like 3 different management people come in & out but when it comes to noise complaints or other renters above you dumping dirty feces water onto the balconies beneath them, they will do nothing more than send a community email or email to whoever is doing it. It’s been weeks that my balcony windows are completely disgusting from the non stop water pouring onto my balcony & now it’s brown feces water. I pay my rent just like everyone else and disturbances like this from other renters shouldn’t be allowed without consequences. More than just an email should be done. & good luck with the office staff because majority of them have been extremely rude except for 1 woman during my entire lease and I don’t think she even works the

I came for a self-guided apartment tour and followed all the instructions provided. However, when I opened the lockbox, there was no key or fob inside. As a result, I had to leave without seeing the unit. There was no leasing staff available to assist. I drove 45 minutes one way for this visit, so the experience was very disappointing and felt unprofessional.
