I have enjoyed the move-in process here. All of the leasing personnel in the office have been very engaged, caring, friendly, and empathetic to my specific living needs. The price for the size of the apartment is remarkable compared to other apartments of equal or larger size. A special shout- out to the agent, lady, who worked with me during my application process. My apologies but I am terrible with names. But she went out of her way to help me. And in return, she received a special Christmas gift 🎁 from me. I hope you enjoyed them.

From the moment I met Lili, and Dokota I instantly felt welcomed! I was in a really dark time in my life and Lili brought light back into our lives. She stayed on top of everything, and she was sure to get me in by the dead line. She genuinely cares and has one of the purest hearts. You can tell she truly loves to help others and it’s not just her job. Not only did she secure my place, she made sure the kids and I would be more than happy when finally seeing the new place. It was so nice and clean. If anyone is in the need of a peaceful environment, check out SouthOak, where you’re treated like family, and not just a resident.

Mrs Anna is awesome, she walked me through every single step through my application. She was very supportive and knowledgeable about how everything works and communicated with me throughout my whole moving process. Thank you again Mrs Anna for everything and helping me and my kids to have a place to call home!!!

My experience with this place and staff was amazing. From the patience of the process to the communication and really going out their way to help me stay updated and help me and my kids get moved in was the best experience I have EVER received when trying to move ! The Move in process was fast and quick a month later me and my kids are loving our new home .. no complaints no issues highly recommend moving here !!! The office staff is the best! So personable, compassionate and friendly! They make light work of the tedious tasks for new residents! The stress of finding a new home was completely diminished with Anna and Liliana!!! <3
