4 years ago I bought my house with South Land. Whoever was responsible for my paperwork, quit the same week and all of my information went scattered around. I lost my home insurance because they never received a payment. I had to scramble to get it replaced. My warranty company was at least a bit more understanding and waited for a payment. And now FOUR YEARS LATER I found out that the HOA was getting ready to have a lawyer speak to the prior resident, because they had no idea that new owners had moved in! This has been a nightmare unending . . .

Look for a different title company. This place deserve ZERO stars. They are rude, and unprofessional. You’re most likely to find them in the front building smoking or hiding in the restroom after their smoke break. Wasted my of time and breath talking to them. Come here if you want to receive the WORST customer service.

Awful closing experience, no communication and last minute changes. Be leery because they will assume and do things without your approval or knowledge then act like your stupid ...and tell you it's just how things are done. Probably push back your closing because of their incompetence.

If you like a title company that takes months to close, until your deal's gone south and a closer that doesn't call to update you about what's going on, then Deanna is the one to choose. I'd be surprised if they can even get our closing done this year.

Worst customer service!!! They get paid to go smoking and spent their time oustside instead of helping!!! Been coming back there 3 times within Friday and Monday! If I could put zero star I would!!!! Don’t deserve any star!!! And still no answer!!
