I absolutely love living here. The area is super close to everything. Management has also really stepped up (as well as maintenance). Adilene is a pleasure to work with. She has helped me with various things related to my lease over the course of my 5 years living here, and she is always super helpful and on top of everything. If you decide to move here, definitely go go to Adilene, she's amazing!

I’ve been living at South Coast Plaza for about three months now and the other day I had a maintenance problems with my dishwasher and few other things to be repaired. Randy, one of the handyman on site came over and did all my repairs easy with no problems no complications . I was very impressed with the way they handle all my repairs in my apartment. The dishwasher was completely broken so they had to order me a new one. He immediately did it in a few days. I already had my dishwasher in 😍. I wanna thank you Randy again for all your help. 👻. Oh yea happy Halloween!!!

What's going on with the parking lot, manager? Where is security? Where are the tow trucks? Why are so many cars without permits parked on the property? There are apartments with three cars, and you know who they are because they even have permits. I get home from work in the afternoon and the lot is completely full of cars, and there are cars without the blue permit. What are you going to do, manager? Do your job, please! Now they're even breaking the car windows!

I am writing this review specifically for my experience with some of the maintenance workers (Randy and Marco). They did a great job handling an issue with my microwave. It was busted and they got us a brand new one in the matter of a few days! They are friendly, kind, and great at their job!

Gosh where do I begin. We love it hear for them it’s part. Love the area and how central it is.. but ever since the new management came on .. wow a lack of response from the team, the parking rules changed and there was a lack of communication on that front and she genuinely was so rude to me on our first interaction and told me after me requesting for my permit and she asked to see my id , which I left at my house and I told her “hey I believe you have it on file” and she said verbatim “well I don’t know you” .. and they literally have our IDs on file. I work on property management as well but this was not the customer service that you are suppose to have with tenants.. she never gave it to me unless I went to get my physical id.. they have an ai portal “person” that reminds us on things
