Jill at South Atlantic Communities has been AWESOME!!! She and her team are amazing. I have lived in our Condo Complex for a few years now! Jill is on top of her game. I have owned and currently own rental property. I have managed my properties over the course of 40 years. I know it can be difficult at times. Jill is confident since she has been in the business for years. She's professional, kind, encouraging, and responds quickly to any questions. Thank you Jill- you're the BEST!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I live in Breezewood Condominiums in Orange City, FL. This company dropped us because they said our residents "complained" too much! All the residents asked for was lighting to be maintained, the pool to be kept clean, a few bushes to be replaced. Our complex is not in debt, never had been. I can't imagine how they would handle things if there were hurricane damage!

My experience with the people at this company have been stellar. Evenings, weekends, no matter... needs were addressed and problems handled. Since the community where I have my property started using this company the services have improved and our costs have gone down. In my view, the one thing our ridiculous HOA board has done right was to select South Atlantic Communities as our management company. Chris, Jill and the rest of the team are not only solid humans, but solid professionals.

I gave a 5 start and will say that the owners and employees are all 5 star. We started working with the Pollard’s back in 2006. They are amazing people. They have became dear friends and part of our family. They take wonderful care of our rental and non rental properties. All our properties are kept in 5 star condition. Without a doubt, anything and everything they do for us and /or our guest couldn’t be better.

This is the worst organization in America. I own a townhome in Port Orange, Florida. As of January 1, 2022, this organization is our management company. I have never had any issues with my HOA payments before. Recently one of my payments went missing for some unknown reason and they refuse to explain it to me! Neither the accounting department nor management responds to my emails or calls me back. Do not do any business with this organization! Choose a decent company that does their job honestly and responsibly.
