She gave me a tour on a Sunday and honestly… she sold it ! She mentioned she had only been working there for a few weeks, but you would’ve thought she’d been there for years with how knowledgeable she was. She knew everything about the building and answered every question without missing a beat. I applied right after the tour because I was completely sold. I got approved in less than 48 hours and throughout the entire process she stayed in communication with me. I’m talking random emails at all times of the day, she responded. My wife and I recently toured the property with Sherly and had a really good experience. She was friendly, and very helpful. The property itself looks very nice and well maintained. One of the biggest perks for us is the location, being connected to Aldi is very convenient, and having other stores is a plus. Overall, we left feeling really impressed and excited about the possibility of living there.

Francis the leasing consultant has been great to work with at South Alex. He’s professional, quick to respond, and always follows through on anything he says he’ll handle. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free. You can tell he really cares about doing a good job and helping residents out. Definitely appreciate his support — highly recommend!

I had an amazing tour with Frances on February 28th at 2 PM. He was not only very informative, but he also had great energy and an amazing personality. Although the exact apartment I wanted wasn’t available at the time, he made sure to show me a similar unit so I could get a clear idea of what it would be like. My experience with the South Alex, was really when my girlfriend graduated from George Mason. She held graduation party there. South Alex allows people to rent out a nice space they have for gatherings. There is a pool table, speaker setup where you can connect your own equipment to utilize. As well additional lighting and amenities that make the experience wonderful. I think overall it was great from my opinion.
