Working with Alicia Grosso to purchase my new home in New York was an excellent experience. From the very beginning, she demonstrated sharp insight and thorough expertise. Not only did she negotiate a substantial credit based on the inspection results, but she also meticulously addressed every detail throughout the entire process. Her clear and timely communication ensured that I was well-informed and confident at every step. Alicia truly created a positive and seamless experience for my home purchase, and I would recommend her to anyone as an agent you can trust.

Be aware of working with Agents Alicia Grosso. Ms. Grosso did not adhere to her professional code of conduct in representing myself as is required by RENBY and in doing so wasted valuable time in my relocation search. In addition there was a questionable showing in which despite being my broker it was unclear until later in the process that she was representing multiple parties. I would strongly encourage anyone looking for an agent to seek another person.

DISHONEST JANE FORMAN Renting an apartment from her exclusive listing. Got all paperwork in within a day, she said she stopped showing apartment and sent us a lease to sign. On the way to meet her at scheduled time the next day with a signed lease and certified checks, we receive a telephone call in the taxi she is renting to someone else! Obviously 2 leases at same time. Had told us nothing of another; in fact said no one plus stopped showing. Very disappointing and dishonest interaction. Would not recommend this agent to anyone!

Snobbish brokers who desire dealing only with the monotonous "upper crust" of society. All other clients are subjected to the at-arms-length treatment, but at full commission rates. The societal divisions are palpable at this brokerage.

I see that it is not only the Sothebys Poland branch that is insulting in terms of service.
