This is my full review after all settlements. Regarding starting the rent and while being there, everything was ok. I talk in particular about Salem St. The staff are helpful, responsive and supportive. Unlike other property management companies with horrible reputation in Lafayette and West Lafayette, e.g. (you know them), Sorola and O’Neil (now no longer active) are transparent. Last, for the deposit, unlike other companies who just take it( may them burn with it) I got my deposit from Sorola with some deductions directed to professional cleaning for the next resident. In general, my experience was good. Do I recommend them to you? yes!

Sorola handles all aspects of our rental properties and does a wonderful job for us. Highly recommend to manage rental property in and around the Lafayette, IN area!

They have a great maintenance department. Whenever anyone is in my apartment to replace or fix something, they are always professional, pleasant, and efficient.
