I just renewed my lease and they clean my carpet. I am so happy to stay another year here and happy with my carpet. Look like brand new!!! Mr Juan from Ultra Nevada Carpet was so professional and nice. Nice apartment complex. The only reason that to move out here is when I buy my own house!

The only reason why they’re getting two stars is because I’m feeling a little generous. At first living, here was great. I had no issues until I moved out. I was told that I would receive my deposit back as long as there was no major damage. There was no major damage to that apartment just regular wear and tear. I did not get my entire deposit back. I didn’t even receive half of it. They took almost $500 out of my deposit for cleaning when the apartment was going to be cleaned out for the next tenant regardless. I did not owe a balance as I paid my rent on time every month. Even when my sink was overfilling, they did not count that as an emergency and I had to wait for my sink to be fixed for a couple of days even that wasn’t as bad as them not giving me my entire deposit back. Do not wast

Nice place to live. I have been living here 3 years now. Stephanie the assistant manager always listens my concerns and help me a lot . Quiet neighborhood, near the strip. Very recommended!
