Sonterra at Buckingham

After speaking with Nincy, the new manager, things are starting to feel more positive here again! she seems like exactly what this property needed after the previous management and it’s refreshing to talk to someone who actually cares. we are exited to see the changes and improvements she-and her team-brings.

Great experience at Sonterra at Buckingham. The community is clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The management team is professional and always helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

Visited a family member here and was disappointed. The community is poorly maintained, there is absolutely NO parking, I asked my family member why they don't pay for a Garage or covered and they said there is a waiting list, but if you drive a round maintenance has 4-5 units in the back full of parts. That's insane. There is no assigned parking, no one monitors the parking, ppl have 4 cars and park them anywhere without a care, there are even junk cars with flat tires that havent moved in weeks. Rent is upward of 2000 dollars but it's not worth it. The foundation in my family members' apt is cracked, their dishwasher is broken and it was supposed to be brand new. There are no amenities worth using, the gym is dated, the pool is dated, the complex is dated. They have valet trash that comes

I had a great experience living here. The management team was always responsive and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The maintenance requests were handled quickly, and the building was always clean and safe. Thank you for providing such a comfortable home. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

I had no idea there was a change in management until I walked in to file a complaint and was greeted by a new assistant manager. We spoke and immediately she set the ball rolling. Thank you guys and keep it up✌️
