DO NOT MOVE HERE. APT 216 HERE. I was warned about bed bugs when I first moved in and told her there were bed bugs in here yet she never sent anybody out and now come to find out when the manager leaves that it was never even documented. it took them 6 months to fix my ceiling and my heat and AC because the ceiling leaked and almost fell in and the heat and AC didn't work at all. They threaten to put an eviction on your record if you can't pay 1400 to break lease. i got stuck in a 12 month lease. They refused to switch apartments or let me break lease. I CANT STRESS IT ENOUGH DO NOT MOVE HERE LOOK ELSEWHERE Let me add to this. I was locked out of the apartment 3 weeks before my paid out lease was up. I was not allowed to continue moving my belongings. I held 2 apartments for 2 months an

Do not RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!! It's nasty. The bug problem here is a NIGHTMARE and they always get a new MANAGER WHO DOESN'T KNOW MATH OR SPEAK ENGLISH!!! THE NEW MANAGER IS RUDE AS HELL !! There are NO WASHER AND DRYER HOOK-UPS. Nor does the POOL EVER OPEN IN THE 6 years I've been here!! My ac has been off since Thursday 2023 and they never let me know!! I still don't have any ac my ceiling collapse on April of this year and they haven't fully fixed it Now my ac has not been fixed since Thursday of last week they have no aminaties to offer AT ALL!! Don't waste you're money or time here Most of the personal who work here are on work visas and are not qualified to work here,my apartment was 216 and the roof sit wasn't fixed!! RUN AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS.

Never anyone in the office. Dishwasher black on theinside from god knows what. A garbage disposal that hasnt worked and same sink doesnt drain has nasty water in it so long its molded. And a bathroom sink that doesnt drain either. Air conditioner doesnt blow in one room and takes hours for it to cool the house down. Hot water lasts for about 5 minutes. Neighbors bang on the walls all hours of the night for hours on end. And i been here for a month and cant seem to get a mail key. Laundry room falling apart dont even think it works. Trash doesnt get dumped its just a huge trash pile. You can hear all road noise. Dont move here.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!! I told the landlord that I can’t be in a apartment that has roaches or mice because my kids and I have help issues. I been here since 10/9 and nothing is done. I have mice and roaches. They half way do stuff. Mice poop in stove won’t give me a new one found 2 gapping wholes where my dishwasher is and swell nun but mice poop and urine. I ask to be mice to a different apartment the meth head landlord won’t do it

The management is never here, it’s 10am on a Monday morning and there is no one to contact. No one on site, and no time for any type of return. My water just got shut off and they haven’t sent any kind of notification for it and are not picking up the phone. This isn’t the first time I’ve had trouble reaching them, they used to have hours posted and believe it or not but it said they were open 9am to 12pm Monday through Friday.
