We absolutely love it here , it’s so quiet and peaceful. The front desk staff are so friendly and always willing too help . The maintenance staff are always on the ball and responsive too any problems . There are regular events for residents , including food trucks. I would recommend the apartment complex for anyone moving to Tucson .

I've enjoyed living at the community. The grounds have green grass, mature trees and a variety of landscaping (especially for Tucson). There is a dog park, two pools, hot tub, fitness center (accessible anytime) and it's just a great place to get out for a walk, also about a mile to Tucson's Loop trail. All kinds of shopping options nearby and convenient. This community is quiet and peaceful. One of the best parts about living here is the fantastic maintenance team! They are a huge part of why people choose to make this place their home for long-term, when renting usually has higher turnover. Sonoran Terraces is in between Casas Adobes, Oro Valley and about 10-15 minutes from Marana.

I’ve been at Sonoran Terraces for 3 years. I love it. Hands down the best apartment complex I’ve lived in in Tucson. Friendly people in the office, great response for maintenance issues and cool amenities. Nice community feeling.

*Edit to add: Talked to management about my smoking neighbor. She still smokes at least twice a day. I understand management can't control the people but they said they can't do anything until they see her. I find very charming the view (pic with the rainbow). We love living here. We’ve just asked for maintenance a couple of times, once they came the same day, the next time they came the next day. We enjoy a lot the fire pit, walking around. We also love spending time at the Ramada while making burgers. It’s a beautiful place to live in. Really recommend it. ♥️🦋
