We had an awesome experience from the start. Our tour with Taylor was amazing, and we had a ton of questions before moving in, like, a ton. We called multiple times and both Taylor and Dom were always super helpful and never made us feel annoying or like a bother. We moved in January and the whole process was super smooth. There were a few small things that needed fixing (which is totally expected with new construction), but the maintenance team (Philip and Craig) handled everything quickly and easily. I love the smart home features, especially the gate system that lets you know who’s coming in (Amazon, guests, etc.). My husband and I have had such a wonderful experience at Sonoran Row! Not only do we get to serve as event coordinators for the community, but we also have the opportunity to live here, which has made it even more special. From touring our new home in November to moving in this January, the entire process has been seamless. We’ve truly enjoyed getting to know the manager, Dom, along with the leasing team, Taylor and Melissa. Their eagerness to serve residents and help the community flourish is so evident. Shortly after moving in, we noticed our ice maker wasn’t working, but the maintenance team, Phillip and Craig, responded quickly and had it fixed the very next day. I had such an amazing experience touring these apartments with Taylor! Even before I got there, I had emailed with Taylor and Dom, another leasing agent. They were both so helpful and friendly via email that I couldn’t wait to tour. When I got there I was greeted by Taylor and I thought it was so nice, Dom even came over to introduce himself! It was so welcoming and sweet!!! On my tour, Taylor was so warm, friendly and professional, his energy was top-tier and I felt like I was touring with an old friend!
