Sonoma Pointe truly stands out as the best community in Las Cruces, and I did extensive research before deciding. The beautiful area, exceptional cleanliness, and welcoming locally owned atmosphere immediately drew me in. Having previously lived and worked in corporate-managed properties where issues were common, the difference at Sonoma Pointe was clear. On the rare occasion I needed assistance, maintenance responded promptly and efficiently. The team works hard to keep the property in excellent condition, and it shows. The peaceful, resort-style environment is what made me want to stay, and even after moving away for a time, I chose to return to Sonoma Pointe without hesitation. Austin, the manager, has made every step of the process — from move-in to move-out and everything in between

I lived here for 2.5 years and only moved because I had to relocate to another state. The Sonoma Point Apartments are in one of the best locations in Las Cruces, amazing views of the mountains, wonderful amenities, easy access to Hwy 70 and a variety of food options. The apartments (1 and 2 bedroom) were wonderfully spacious and comfortable. The property manager Austin was responsive and accommodating for anything that came up that I needed help with. I will always remember my time living there fondly.

This review is way overdue, but I genuinely couldn’t allow myself to not write one because I had such a wonderful experience staying here during my temporary stay in Las Cruces! It’s been 4 months since I left and it still left an impression on me. The entire process was unbelievably fast and seamless — I reached out on a Tuesday, received and submitted my application the next day, visited on Friday, and was able to move in that Saturday. They were so flexible in accommodating my month-to-month request since I was only in town helping my sister postpartum, which I really appreciated. The apartment itself was beautiful — fully furnished, spacious, spotless, and modern compared to other places I’d seen in the area. Everything was included: Wi-Fi, electric, and water. If I could give 10 stars I would. Austin, the complex manager, was so great. I helped my elderly neighbor move into an apartment in this complex when his very large home had become too much for him to handle. The floor plans of these apartments are so convenient. There are different color schemes. Austin was great in having his efficient maintenance staff quickly take care of any issue. If I was going to rent an apartment I would not hesitate to rent here. I lived at Sonoma Pointe for about a year and a half. Austin is a great manager, friendly, professional, and quick to help. He answered my questions fast and made sure maintenance was taken care of. The property felt clean and safe. I appreciate his support and would recommend working with him. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice, safe place to live.
