Avoid this place at all cost if you can help it. The manager Denise Manzo likes to take advantage of people that are on section 8 and when you move out will find any reason to not return your deposit unless you get her upper management involved when she refuses to respond to your emails. Please don't give up and go to her management company, she has a boss too and that seems to be the only way you can get anything from her done fairly.

The New Manager in charge it's amazing. Always happy and helpfully nothing to do with the old Manager Maria perhaps she some times was really rude.
