ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE COMPLEX. I’ve lived in two different units here and experienced the same ongoing problems in both; mice, centipedes, gnats, and MOLD. We had mold growing all the over the bathroom, we took a mold sample to them as well and they literally hired a team of painters to come paint over it?! There have been multiple times where we haven’t had hot water for DAYS! We also had a water leak that ruined my finances laptop and they did nothing. They have “security cameras” that they’ve admitted are just for show. My car has been broken into 4 times while living here and they responded “crime happens everywhere.” There’s multiple Air Bnb units on the property and one was next to our unit so we constantly have new neighbors which feels unsafe. Absolutely beautiful! Just moved in and so excited about the layout and features! The manager, Kayla Boyce, is awesome and made sure everything was ready for us when we moved in. She was a delight to work with! The natural light here truly reflects the name (sunny place/view). Very happy in our new home :)

I've had zero issues since living here (est. 2022). Great location, and most of the neighbors I've encountered are very friendly. I feel like every community has its Karen(s), though community manager Austin makes up for it with his personable and sunny personality. You might need to be put on a waitlist since it's so popular, but it's very much worth the wait.

I lived here from 2009-2011. My profile pic was taken in the living room, with my back toward the kitchen. This apartment was lovely, and roomy. The staff there was incredible and since then they've gone through some changes, but there are some pretty cool people there now. Clean, quiet, very nice basement. It had everything I needed at the time :)

2025 management is negligent. The property itself is fantastic, but poor business decisions have lead to subpar leadership. I am on my third lease and have noticed a sharp decline recently. My breaking point is this: they chained a propane grill to the concrete with an unkept bush growing into it. HUGE safety risk!
