Sommerset La Costa

I have lived here for one year and am so lucky to have found this complex. It is in a great neighborhood, close to everything and is very pretty. Great landscaping and everything is well maintained. If I have any maintenance issues, I can put in a ticket and it is taken care of right away. The best part of living here is the property manager Eleanor. We are blessed to have such a caring, friendly and devoted property manager. She is always available and willing to help you with any questions or issues that come up. Eleanor truly enjoys what she does and wants to make you happy and comfortable in your home. I highly recommend Sommerset La Costa

My wife and I have lived at Sommerset La Costa for nearly two years now and we couldn't be happier. Of course, the community is beautiful but what makes living here so much better is our Manager, Eleanor. She has been stellar at making sure anything and everything we need is taken care of. She never forgets to follow up and follow through, and she's also not the kind of property manager you try to avoid running into for one reason or another lol. She is so kind and engaging, and she cares. Simply put, Eleanor is awesome. Also, I must also say that Daniel with maintenance, who is among the nicest guys on Earth, is beyond excellent with literally everything he is tasked to do. When we post a maintenance request through the portal, which is conveniently easy, Eleanor follows up with us

I moved in a week before Christmas and have been so happy here. Eleonor is an absolute angel and made the moving in experience so nice. She is great with communication about property maintenance, little events she holds, and any other updates she has. Wyatt has been great with the few maintenance requests I had. Overall this is a great place to live and I am so happy I chose this place to call home.

They always say home is a feeling, not a place. But for me this place is home. I’ve lived all over the United States and never have I experienced a property manager that is so genuinely kind hearted, truly caring about her tenants and professional. Elenor is quick to address any maintenance needs. Her and Alberto do a wonderful job in maintaining the beauty of the property. She’s always so quick to address any question or concerns you may have, all the while being incredibly down to earth. She’s very informative, attentive and an absolute pleasure to work with. We’re lucky to have her as our property manager!

Sommerset is amazing! Very peaceful and quiet community with very nice amenities. The apartment has been updated to a modern look and the landscaping is done really well. There are a lot of palm trees making it feel like a vacation spot. Eleonor, the community manager is incredible and ensures that our residency here is the best it can be. If any apartment issues arise, Albert in maintenance handles them promptly and efficiently. We’re so grateful to live here!
