SOMI Townhomes

Renting at this community for about three months now. The location is great, the townhomes are very modern and comfortable and the neighbors are wonderful. The property manger, Ana, has been exceptionally kind and helpful throughout the leasing process and she is very attentive when there are any issues. Would highly recommend.

Great experience, great community and better yet, the management has been an A+ since day one. Very rare to have such a positive experience with the management company, but any time that an issue has surfaced, someone is knocking on our door within the hour. A dryer had an issue and they brought us a new one immediately avoiding any headaches for the family. Two years and counting and could not be happier. Thank you Ana Cristina! 🙏💯

Wonderful, modern, spacious units, in a safe neighborhood. Never had an issue in my 2 years living there. Ana, the manager, is very helpful and kind. Highly recommend. Somi is a short drive from all attractions in Miami.
