I toured Somersett Hills and had a great experience, and I can truly give this community a five-star rating. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. ​Thank you for touring us, Sara! You are an absolute professional (hope you're reading this). She answered every question we had with genuine patience and kindness. ​If you are considering moving to Somersett Hills, you will not be disappointed with the community, and you will be in the best possible hands with the manager Sara.

Great location with beautifully maintained apartment and a stunning waterfall feature. The Property Manager was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend taking a tour.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and wanted to give a shout out to SomerSett Hills, Heidi & Raul. I moved in because I was told it was a very quiet place to live, and that turned about to be very true. The walls are very thick and the neighbors are pretty respectful. Raul, who oversees the grounds, does a great job of maintaining the property. Heidi, the manager in property, is a consummate professional who gets things done as quickly as you request them. Both Heidi and Raul are extremely caring and take pride in their work and it comes across when you engage with the both of them. I worked two jobs for almost the entire time. I lived here and was very grateful to come home to a place of peace.

Such a gorgeous and clean property . Sara the Community manager is fabulous and super attentive . Johnie the manurenace supervisor goes about and beyond too .

Debbie and Heidi are incompetent. Firstly, my boyfriend and I sent an application on April 16th for an apartment that was listed for a move in date of "May 16th". It took them until May 8th to verify employment all because they couldn't send a simple email and when I asked them for other options such as our pay stubs or our employment offer letter they refused to work with us. It shouldn't be this difficult to verify employment just because you don't know how emails work. Then on May 10th they called me saying that the 16th was not an available date because thats when the current tenants were to vacate the premises and we pushed out our move in date to May 23rd, to only THEN be called A DAY BEFORE that the apartment was severely infested with fleas.
