I am extremely disappointed and disheartened by my experience. As a single mom about to have my first baby, I was overwhelmed with joy when I found a place right across the street from my family. However, I have been made to feel like a criminal, and my information has been treated as if it were false. I work in the same field as others and have never had anyone made to feel this way. I provided proof of my income, yet my commission was deemed insufficient. If I can be approved for a home loan and a car loan with this income, I don’t understand why it isn’t considered sufficient for you. Moved in about a week ago, and have to say these places are beautiful. I personally was forced to pivot last second and find a new place to live. Jackie in the office made the move simple and easy. Would recommend to anyone looking for new, beautiful, and affordable townhomes.
