I just want to share how grateful I am for the exceptional service provided by our new property manager Jessica who was able to keep me on property with the best renewal offer. From day one, they’ve been incredibly responsive, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with questions and maintenance requests in a timely manner. Their clear communication and genuine care for residents have made living here a very positive experience. I especially appreciate how quickly issues are handled and how respectful they are in every interaction. Highly recommend this community because of the excellent management team!

Alaijah Jones was amazing extremely informative on my tour.. my rating is solely based on her performance and professionalism!!! I haven’t became a tenet just yet, but I will revisit this review if I do to further review my stay.

Had a horrible experience attempting to tour these apartments. I know that these are income based lofts but that doesn't mean the leasing agent has the right to treat you like they are bothered by your presence.

I’ve lived here for 4 years. Rolando the maintenance man tries to do as much as one person can, he gets around to doing the things fast. The apartments were pressure washed last year or the year before but its just super dirty looking.. the apartments are unkept when the RESIDENTS are disgusting and act like children leaving trash for other people to pick up after. Pool is open all summer, the amenities are cool. I wish the gym had more things but Mrs. Carter and Mrs. Soloman are amazong and assist me almost weekly in unlocking my apartment. You cannot beat the convenience of these apartments, nobody messed with you if you dont mess with them. If they had more help the property might look cleaner but i appreciate everything they do for us with monthly events for the residents etc

We have new management and so far out of everyone I have a lot of hope for this property after all ! Jessica and the leasing assistant are amazing. I might just stay another year if they'll be here
