A young maintenance man named Doug showed up promptly in the morning. Took care of every issue on the work order quickly. His customer Service was exemplary. I am very pleased with Somerpointe.

Dont rent here, they alter contracts after you sign them with hidden fees, the complex recently fired everybody in management for negpect. One of the maintenance doesn't like to work. If something is broken he tells you not to use it then. Parking it's terrible, and constant druggies going through here. It looks nice but it's far from it. Find a better place, i know i am.

Rudest, most judgmental office staff I've ever encountered. I got a flat tire on Speedway and the parking lot of Somerpointe was the closest, fastest place to pull over. I had my 12-yr old son with me and asked the office if we could use the restroom. He was denied the bathroom due to policy and then the elderly, hard of hearing lady in the office started asking me "Are you a resident here? How did you get a flat tire? Why did you park here?" as if I had planned to burden them with a flat tire and why couldn't I just stop on the side of a busy road with a child with me.

They replaced my hot water heater immediately and they did a good job and they didn't make a mess. They were polite. And not intrusive.

We came yesterday to move into the apartment complex . Omg what a disaster . First off the have zero control of the homeless population . The building our apartment was in was condemned . The apartment they showed us on the tour was nothing like what we got . The room was moldy .Black mold . Walls painted different colors . So gross. I could stick my finger threw the wall. Closets were sealed shut and couldn’t be opened. . The apartment obviously had smokers in it . The stench of cigarette and our asthma isn’t acceptable. We couldn’t accept possession . The office staff were useless and couldn’t accommodate . Our view was a disaster . We didn’t have a clear pathway to our door . Neighbors had unsafe occupy posted on there doors. We went to retreat speedway next door . What a differ
