I've been a resident here for over 5 years and I must say, the property has been well-maintained. The quiet and clean environment has been a blessing. However, the frequent changes in management have caused some hiccups. Fortunately, the new property manager, Itzel, has been a game-changer. Her dedication to addressing our concerns and providing top-notch customer service has been impressive. I'm so glad she is here now.

My wife and I have been apartment hunting in the area. I drove by the complex for a tour today but the office was already closed. I knocked and luckily someone opened the door. The Property Manager Itzel greeted us and we were able to tour a unit without an appointment. She treated us well, answered all of our questions and did not rush us out. Great customer service! The property is clean and has very spacious floor plans and good pricing!!!!

Stoped by for information today. The place is okay. No amenities but the rent prices are great! I'm not looking to move in soon but do recommend to others who are looking to stay within budget. The ladies in the office are really great and answered all my questions.

Since management has changed i have seen positive changes within maintenance also they have worked with me for months on late rent and have worked with me payment plans . We get pest control to come out more now and it's frequent i appreciate that

Great experience! Just moved in and the property manager Itzel took great care of us! My move in was smooth and was approved quickly. Raquel offered great customer service. I Will totally recommend to others.
