SOMA Residences

As a resident, I can testify that these apartments are very beautiful... The only downside is that there is no air conditioner... But, the apartment I have rented is extremely spacious and provides all the amenities, (other than an in-unit washer, a dryer and, as I mentioned before, Air conditioner...) There is a fantastic gym, and the people whom run the leasing office are punctual and they keep their promises. Thank you so much, Soma Residences. Love, David

Osama was incredibly helpful and made the lease-signing process smooth and efficient, and was kind and hospitable throughout my stay. However, during my time at SOMA Residences, I encountered significant challenges and barriers of entry with rent payment options that my attorney later confirmed were not in line with California tenant laws. Sebastian also gaslit me when I tried to pay rent on-time using checks. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend SOMA Residences to those seeking a respectful and tenant-friendly living environment with flexible rent payment options.

As a resident, I've had the pleasure of interacting with Agnivesh and Osama on numerous occasions, and I can say that they're most dedicated and helpful staff members. Agni's hospitable and welcoming nature makes you feel like you're part of it, while Osama's efficiency and problem-solving skills are truly impressive. The building is maintained and amenities are good 👍
