SOMA Apartments

Katie or the property manager placed a call AND left a voicemail detailing to give them a call back , then turned around a denied giving me a call although I have a voice message to show that they did indeed call me on this day. Instead of apologizing for the mistake she caught a very nasty attitude and continued to deny giving my phone a call. Stating “unless a ghost called” They refused to tell me who the management company was so I could email them as well. I will be finding out and I will be filing a complaint. Fairway management inc

DONT MOVE HERE. They are nasty! Filled with roaches’, other bugs and they don’t fix anything for crap!! will tow your car immediatly over any small thing! You people running this business are awful owners and I can’t wait til there are new ones and someone does a better job running this place. Until then this place is janky and gross. Don’t waste your time jsut bc it’s the cheapest!

This is so lame I paid for an application fee $50 and $290 for admin fee which they told me once I paid that they would get the apartment ready. Got paid. Weeks would go buy and I kept calling checking in on the apartment patiently , because I put a 30 day notice where I currently stay and had until may 1st to move in. It’s getting closer to the first and I called again and the lady was saying the apartment won’t be ready by then and that I was on a waiting list and i was the 5th one on the list which I had absolutely no idea about I’m so pissed bc i gave them my money that I Worked hard for and think I won’t be checking in . They said it was first come first serve if they would’ve told me that from the beginning I could’ve look for other places. And she was saying they never promised anyt

One star is being generous. At night, the roaches swarm the grounds and inside of apartments. Water drained inside my apartment from the one above and maintenance did NOTHING about it. Photos are staged. These apartments are not renovated. They put makeup on a pig. Mold is everywhere!!! I had to break my lease and sent a threatening letter that I would sue if they retaliated. Management accepted! The apartment sign even needs replacing. Low rent for a reason. If you’re desperate, give it a try but if not, take the time to find somewhere else. You will have mold and roaches for certain!!

I currently came in today to see a tour of a available unit and the rude Mexican lady in the front office refused to give me the corporate office number after stating I can’t view an apartment until I pay an application fee. I’ve never heard of an apartment where you have to get approved just to view a unit. The unit could be the complete opposite of what you’re looking for but yet I’m obligated to pay ?? Won’t be applying here anytime soon . Poor management already !!!
