The new management team has truly made a positive difference in this community! They are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. The office staff is extremely helpful they respond quickly to emails and phone calls, address concerns right away, and ensure work orders are submitted promptly with great follow up. Serena is especially wonderful. She is kind, attentive, and truly the perfect choice for complex manager. Her leadership shows, and it reflects in the excellent service the entire team provides. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a wellmanaged and welcoming place to live!

Late last night I had a leak in my bathtub that needed attention. Rasadio showed up quickly, checked out the situation, and was here first thing in the morning to get it fixed. He not only came back to ensure everything was working correctly and looking nice, but he also unclogged my bathroom sink without me even asking him to. He did an awesome job! Any service I have needed done in terms of maintenance has been taken care of within the day and this team is awesome in terms of care. Two separate times I had issues with my air conditioning, and both times team members installed portable AC units in my unit to ensure my apartment wouldn't get too hot. I’ve been living at Coraland Red Mountain for about a month and a half now, and overall, it’s been fantastic. The apartment and community are definitely 5 out of 5, and the staff is super friendly and easygoing. The only issue I’ve encountered is with the payment portal, which can be a bit tricky and sometimes requires resets. But other than that, it’s been a great experience, and that’s why I’m giving them 4 stars.

Yesterday, I submitted a service request for an interior door knob and a bathroom wall issue (possible ants or termites). Ariel and Sebastian arrived within hours, and they quickly fixed the door knob—great job and very prompt! For the wall concern, I’m waiting on pest control, but I appreciate the responsiveness so far. The thought of bugs is unpleasant, so I’ve been cleaning regularly to prevent spreading. Overall, I trust Courtland Services, and the office staff is always friendly and helpful!

I’m not someone who usually posts reviews, but after everything we’ve been dealing with at Cortland Red Mountain, I feel like people deserve to know what really goes on here. I lived in the same unit with Andrew McCann, and before that, I lived in another unit on the property for over a year. So I’ve seen this place from multiple perspectives—and what’s happened since we moved out is unbelievable. For the entire time we lived here, we had zero issues. We paid on time, respected the community, and followed every guideline they gave us. But the moment we moved out on November 6th, things went completely sideways.
