BEST COMPLEX EVER. Jeremy and Shannon are literally life savers. I have rented "luxury" apartments before and maybe they had some amenities that seemed "luxury" onlinr but then the staff at the front made the experience at those places rough. I can say that Jeremy and Shannon seem to be servant leaders generally where they look to make us as the residents the focal point and do what they can to help accommodate and serve us as best they can while not over promising or being fake. For example, I have an EV and they are able to get a charger installed and functioning if you have a garage (which they called me about to help me get when one suddenly came available even though I had already signed to go to a unit without a garage). The level of care and service is very consistently 10 out

Zahi and Mitchell have been incredible. Solterra should definitely keep these men around. He was so informative about “why” Solterra beats any other apartment complex to call home. This is a community where everyone watches out for everyone and he knew their names and I felt home without even living there. The leasing process was absolutely seamless. So I am confident the move in process will be similar. I am looking forward to calling this place home. If you tour this complex ask for Zahi or Mitchell.

I’m giving 3 stars only because the maintenance team was truly excellent - they were always responsive and quick to fix anything that came up, no questions asked. That’s the only positive thing I can say. Unfortunately, the overall living experience was disappointing. The grounds were often dirty - many dog owners didn’t clean up after their pets, and my child stepped in dog feces twice. There was also a constant foul smell near the building, especially around the windows and sidewalks, likely from poor waste management. The grill area was frequently filthy and osome times out of order. The jacuzzi barely worked and the pool was regularly dirty and not properly heated, even though it was advertised as such. A great community at a great location. You can tell that the community is well maintained, and ran exquisitely by Mitchell, the property manager. I have toured the community twice and he's been kind enough to show us a number of available units. Apartments are clean with quality finishes and surprising amount of space considering they're only one-bedroom apartments. Many also have great views. Unlike many other communities, you can tell that maintenance, communication and reinvestment are top-notch.

Jorge and Mitchell were so helpful in making it easy to get my new apartment since I’m moving from out of state. They answered all my questions and the apt is just how it looks on the photos-amazing! The clubhouse is huge and I feel like I can actually enjoy the amenities. Maintenance is super attentive. Thank you to the Solterra team!
