Solstice Marana

My husband and I moved in at the end of August and are really enjoying life at Solstice Marana. The office staff is extremely helpful and everybody has been super nice. Any issues have been addressed promptly and professionally. Our favorite feature is the gorgeous Soltice pool with its two 25 yard lanes, we've been swimming every day!

I did a tour this weekend at Solstice Marana with staff member Emily. This place is nothing short of spectacular. Emily did a great job showing me around, giving me detail about the amenities which are significant, and showed me the beautiful 2 bedroom model. She answered all my questions and then some. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The dog park was much larger than what I expected. The gym is well equipped and the pool was, well, so inviting. I certainly look forward to calling place home.

Emily Grande was my Leasing Consultant at Solstice Marana. Emily showed me several apartments as well as providing a tour of of the facility which I was immediately impressed with. Her easy going professional demeanor was a plus and she answered all my questions and "what ifs" calmly and definitively. I made an application the next day and Emily was right there patiently walking me through the process. Thank you Emily for being there to answer several questions I had during the entire process. I am excited. I am starting my lease on April 2nd. Thank you Emily and your entire staff.

- The mural at this gym is absolutely beautiful! It really reflects the local culture and creates a great atmosphere while working out. The overall environment is also very clean and comfortable—community management clearly puts a lot of effort into maintaining the space, which makes it feel safe and welcoming. It would be even better if there were more equipment focused on glute and leg training (such as a hip thrust machine, leg press, etc.), especially for those with specific training goals. Overall, it’s already a great place—if the equipment improves just a bit more, it would be perfect! 💪🔥

Tiara and the whole team at solstice are great! Made the whole process easy & the apartments themselves are great too. Had a small problem of not having cold water to shower when I moved in, I told the management team & it was fixed same day.
