I hired Matt Soloy to build hangars for me in Big Lake. He worked hard to come up with a design that served what I needed while staying within the price point I had. Once we nailed down the scope of work, Matt assembled a good team of subs to get the work done. There were inevitable delays, questions, change orders, and small issues that popped up, but Matt always responded quickly and got the issues resolved in a reasonable fashion. The project took a bit longer to finish because of supply issues, but ultimately we ended up with exactly what we asked for and the quality of the work was excellent. I would definitely give Soloy Construction five stars. The build was rapid, quality impressive, and all the subcontractors were excellent. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner by either Matt Soloy or his foreman Rodney. I would heartily recommend Soloy to anyone desiring a new build.

Matt Soloy is a very talented & fair general contractor.  He cares a great deal about the homeowner and goes out of his way to ensure their needs are met.  He also provides very valuable input during the entire process, as I can recall several times during my house project when he came up with ideas that made the finished product even better than I had envisioned. His crew consists of some great, hardworking guys, and I was also quite happy with the subcontractors he works with. I built my first house with Soloy Construction and it turned out wonderfully... I had very high standards and they were vastly exceeded.  I can say without hesitation that Matt will be the builder I go with on future projects.

The pricing was fair and the team was very conscious of the budget throughout the entire project. I had a total house remodel by Soloy Construction about 7 years ago. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and accurate estimates. Last year I sold that house and the person that inspected for the sale mentioned the nice workmanship. Last year Matt started building my new house. Once again he and his crew did an awesome job. His sub contractors are excellent. I love my new home and would not think about anyone else for a construction project.
