I’ve had an amazing experience living here! The staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and always go above and beyond to help. Every time I had a question or request, their response was extremely quick and professional, which makes me feel truly cared for. The living conditions are also excellent. The gym is fantastic — the equipment is very new, everything is kept spotless, and it’s a great place to work out. The common areas are also well maintained, making the whole community feel welcoming and comfortable. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live, with both great facilities and an outstanding management team. Highly recommended!

Moved in July of this year when the building underwent new management and have been very happy with my experience so far. I currently occupy one of the three bedroom units with my family (including a toddler - which should be a huge vote of confidence for prospective tenants in that families are safe and welcome here). The entirety of the apartment complex is kept very clean, and the common areas (the study, gym, entertainment rooms, rooftop, etc) are all maintained very well. The maintenance team is amazing and always on top of things - I had a minor issue with the washing machine and it was resolved the same day. The staff members are incredibly kind and welcoming. I very much look forward to coming back and catching up with them anytime I run into them, and the front desk staff member

Solo On Chestnut has very professional staff members that manage the property. The building is very secure and clean. The interior is high quality and was constructed with excellence.

I have lived in this place for 4 years (2.5 years in 3 bed and 1.5 in 2 bed). I witnessed all the management changes since the building was leasable. This current management even tho nice in person did not give the deposit back and charged 300 dollars cleaning fee and 210 dollars wall patching fee. Keeping in mind the wall "hole" was made by the building's maintenance when the AC stopped working and flowed water everywhere. I had my unit checked "pre move out inspection" and they told me everything looks good. When i went to drop off the keys they asked if i could put in a good review and i said it depends mainly if i get my deposit back as i cleaned the unit and the inspection is completed. I recently visited this apartment and was genuinely impressed. Its location is excellent, especially with several universities just a short distance away, making it very convenient for students. The amenities included are well worth the monthly rent and seem thoughtfully maintained. I’ve also heard that the management has significantly improved compared to before, which adds to the overall appeal of the place. Overall, it’s a solid option for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-situated apartment.
