Solis Gardens Apartments

Driving from 30 miles away because of my tour no one's showed even the office is closed, a bunch of non professional gathered together and made this apartments!!!!

I’m giving Solis Garden Apartments in Hayward one star only because zero isn’t an option. Avoid this place at all costs. I lived at Solis Garden Apartments for two years, and it was a horrible experience. The property is filthy, poorly maintained, and unsafe. From the day I moved in, I reported multiple damages in the unit cracked walls, old appliances, plumbing problems but nothing was ever repaired despite repeated requests. The manager, Corina Acosta, is aggressive, rude, and completely unprofessional. Dealing with her was always stressful and unpleasant. She showed no interest in helping residents or resolving any of the issues we brought up. I felt compelled to share my experience with Solis Garden Apartments in the hope it helps others make an informed decision. I reached out multiple times via text messages and phone calls in an effort to inquire about availability and schedule a tour—unfortunately, I never received a single response. After several failed attempts, I decided to visit the leasing office in person, hoping to speak with someone as a walk-in. Despite the office being located on the premises, it was closed ( during bussness hours) when I arrived. When someone finally answered the door, I was told she couldn't assist me because she was in a Zoom meeting and that an appointment was required—something not clearly communicated beforehand. The studio i viewed was very appealing hardwood floors island in the kitchen and barn doors to close off the bedroom. However the tour did not consist of the laundry unit on site and the parking area and when i went over the reviews i see why. I placed a holding fee and once that was done the number to get a hold of the property manager went out of service and the only way i got a hold of someone was through the reviews with a posted number. I never got the lease sent to me and never got a response with multiple phone calls and emails being sent out. When asking about the roach infestation the owner and manager beat around the bush with an answer. Glad we dodged the bullet.

I came to my tour they are not answering my phone calls ! No one is in the office either!
