Solina Old Cutler Apartments

Currently live here and couldn’t be happier. The location is perfect and leasing office assist everyone with care and priority. I definitely felt that during my whole process and recommended a friend to move into Solina and they treated my friend with the same care. Maintenance orders were quickly managed and a ticket was submitted in our online portal. The leasing office was also super responsive to all my questions and concerns.

Moving is stressful and finding a place to move to is overwhelming. I always ask a million questions about everything. Annette helped me with every question and concern and was very patient and friendly with everything. She made my application and move in smooth and was available to me any time I had any questions. There were minor things that needed done when I moved in, and the maintenance staff were very efficient and also very friendly. They answered all of my questions and were extremely helpful. I am happy I have moved into a place that is so welcoming. The neighbors have all be friendly as well.

I’ve lived at Solina Old Cutler Apartments long enough to see the major shift happening here and not in a good way. Over the past few months, I’ve noticed more and more residents moving out, and almost no one moving in. After experiencing the renewal pricing myself, I understand why. The rent increases are sky-high and completely unreasonable. I was still considering renewing despite the price, but a recent emergency changed everything. I reached out to the office for help, and unfortunately, no one was willing or able to assist. All I received were excuses and “policy this, policy that,” with zero concern for a current resident dealing with an urgent situation. I had the liberty to tour this gorgeous apartment complex preparing to move from GA to FL this upcoming winter. Samantha in the front office was so professional and attentive. She showed me so many options and they were all so beautiful! She even provided her contact information in case I had any other questions. 10/10 atmosphere and team.

Horrible ,the asked EVERYONE TO LEAVE A REVIEW BEFORE THEY SERVICE YOU don't be fooled by the reviews. The staff is rude and unprofessional, they can not keep a manager its been 5 different office mangers since I lived here , the gate is always broken and the pool is always dirty or out of service , the gym stank always and the rent is high don't be fooled my base rent was 1980 with all they extra fee my rent was really 2155.
