I rented a home from Tina for about 2½ years. She managed the property for the home owners and made sure the property was cared for, without being intrusive. Any maintenance issue was addressed IMMEDIATELY, and with professionals. From move-in to move-out, everything was handled according to terms in the lease, no surprises. We used Solid Rock for years and they have been amazing. They always found us great tenants and were on top of issues and repairs. Tina has managed our rental property in Sherwood for five years now, since we moved out of state, and we have had a great experience and always had peace of mind that she was making sure our tenants were taking care of our property. She found tenants for us quickly, and we only had to make a (partial) mortgage payment ourselves one time in five years. She does a quarterly inspection of the home, and sends photos and a status update on the state of the home and how well the renters are taking care of it.
