I moved here in 2023 to Dec 2025 and, from day one, was confronted with a severe cockroach infestation. This was especially devastating for me as I have struggled with a debilitating phobia of cockroaches since childhood. While the previous management attempted to help by replacing appliances like the fridge and stove, they never addressed the root cause. Instead, they relied on monthly spraying, which only acted as a temporary fix. I spent a significant amount of my own money on products to eradicate the nest my cousin eventually found, but the roaches never truly left. When the administration changed last year, the situation became unbearable. The apartments are pretty decent and well maintained. We had a very pleasant overall experience (during the pre-move and while moving in) with the Leasing office agent Andre - great to talk to and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Hardwood flooring (mostly, except for the bedroom which is carpeted) is what we were looking for with W/D in the unit. No residents above or below us - first floor is covered parking garage - so that works out well for us. Good location as well. They needed a cashier's check or money order for the initial payment (going forward you could make online payments) - which could be digitized and would make the process simpler.

Cute community! They have a fitness center, pool, and bbq! Lisa and Andre were super friendly and helpful! Property seems beautifully maintained. The apartments I have toured looks updated, bright, and spacious! Location is convenient for me.

Toured a 1b/1ba. The person who helped us was very nice and welcoming. The community and the apartment was very clean and modern.

Pros - Neighborhood is decent, next to an elementary school. Location is very convenient. Living above the carports means no neighbors below you. No neighbor complaints. Cons - No A/C. Space heaters are a must. Trash/water/gas is higher than other places. No in-unit W/D. There are no on-site apt. Staff or supervision. Maintenance is shared among other properties in the area. I'm 9 months in my lease.
