Solera is a beautiful active adult Del Webb Community that is well managed, and we'll maintained.

Great community for "Active Adults". I have lived here in Solera since 2006 and am not disappointed. Lots of activities. Great amenities and even greater people.

What a great senior living environment. Pool, recreation room, activities, just wonderful. I love living in Canyon country across from Solera, but would move into Solera any day!

I have lived here 14 years and this community is not what it was or intended to be when it opened. Other than the security gates, it's just like any other neighborhood. Management does not enforce CC&R and we pay HOA fees for less and less amenities and more overhead. We were considering moving out of here until the Pandemic struck, now everything is on hold until we can reorganize. But the HOA charges never stop.

I love our house at Solara!!! Still! Even after 8 years we love the block we live in.
