Solera Apartments

My partner and I are coming up on 1 year of living at Solera. This apartment is nothing short of fantastic. It is an incredible find in the heart of downtown Denver. The price is great for the area, and there are no unexpected fees. All of the leasing agents do their best to learn your name, and Michelle even remembers which apartment you live in! The maintenance men are incredible, and we know them by name. Our dogs love them! They are quick to fix any issue, although there haven’t been many. The amenities are up-kept daily, and I don’t feel uncomfortable using any of them! (Hot tub, pet area). They provide more events than I would have ever expected! Things like breakfast downstairs, vision boards, and they even did pet goodie bags once 🥹 They are so pet friendly. I can’t recommend this

I stayed at the guest sweet at Solera downtown Denver over Easter 2025. It was my first stay there. The room was immaculate and the furnishings were beautiful. Very modern and classy. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need to cook or just make coffee. The staff was amazing! So friendly and knowledgeable. The lobby was clean and reminded me of a high end hotel. There was a coffee machine where you can make cappuccino or espresso or really anything at the touch of a button. Parking was a breeze and it was super easy to navigate downtown to get to Solera. I would highly recommend it to anyone! I will be returning 100%!

It is said that a man never steps into the same river twice, for it is not the same river and he is not the same man. Perhaps a wise man could tell you what this means. But even an ordinary man like me can tell you with certainty that any person, having steps through the doors of Solera apartments for the first time, having taken in the warm and perfectly balanced interior design, the spacious and charming units suffuse with golden natural light, the panoramic views of the magnificent Downtown Denver and the even more magnificent Rockies in the distance, having talked to one property managers, Michelle, Abbi, or Elise, feeling at once their professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to making Solera a great home for you, as well as their genuine kindness and glowing personalities, will not

This place was an unbelievable find! Excellent location, quite affordable rent, great amenities, outstanding staff, and the walls are fairly sound-proof. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place downtown! Walking distance to Coors Field, Union Station, Ball Arena, and Empower Field. Do yourself a favor, check it out. Before moving to Solera we did a lot of research on local apartment communities. Solera met all of our criteria for a home in downtown Denver, and we have not been disappointed. Our lived experience in Solera has exceeded all of our expectations. The community and the staff are welcoming and helpful. We have made many friends, and have had many positive and memorable experiences. All of the amenities of the building are suitably sized and maintained. Parking is excellent. The maintenance and janitorial staff are personable, competent and responsive. We are happy that we have found ourselves a place to call home in Denver.
