Solei on West Thomas

Hi everyone do not live here at this apt is the worse nightmare you will ever experience in your life. 1st when you break the lease and agreed to pay 2 months ahead they will make sure you pay for more than 2 months they will tell you to keep the keys so you are in title of paying the so called sharing utilities even when you are far gone do not live there anymore then when you live there the utilities are still shared by everyone even when you are not there or single with outside city job. I broke my lease and I ended up paying for at least 4 more months instead of 2 and moved 2 months before and im glad the nightmare it's over but this place is the most crazy place to live.

We’ve never worked with a property where the staff shows such genuine care for both the tenants and vendors. Every time we’re on-site, Lisa greets everyone with warmth, and it’s clear she’s deeply loved by the community. Her presence is heartfelt she truly wants the best for every resident. Alongside Yessenia and the rest of the team, they consistently go above and beyond to create a welcoming, supportive environment. It’s a privilege to work with such a dedicated and compassionate group.

It’s good until it’s NOT. They’re very nice to get you rent an apartment and I appreciate they work with different credit types but for the prices we pay are not worth the thin walls I shouldn’t be able to hear my neighbors under and next to me. The balconies are tiny and they just barely fixed the gate that was broke for almost a month during that time I noticed several homeless people by dumpster that slept there during the night. Oh another thing they don’t take rent payments in the office anymore everything is done online with an extra $30 fee. The renters insurance they use is so dumb and u can’t pay it online and the only internet in the area is dumb cox that always have service outages literally every other day the only reason for two stars is because Lisa and Yessenia are helpful i

Kayden is the maintenance guy that usually comes in to help when I have maintenance request. He does an amazing job. He is very helpful and always makes sure he does the job right. He double checks to see if there is anything else that is needed. He just came in to fix the leak in our a/c due to a clogged drain. He was quick and very kind/friendly! Thank you Kayden! We appreciate it!

I had an emergency with a wasp on my door. I called the office and they sent kayden within less than 30 minutes. He took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. He's very good at his job.
