we’ve truly love our experience living in this condo community so far. From the moment we moved in, it has felt welcoming, peaceful, and well cared for. I especially want to recognize the incredible team in the leasing office. Silvana, the property manager, is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Her assistants, Melissa and Areal, have been extremely helpful and lovely to work with. They always answer our questions promptly and are consistently supportive whenever we need anything. It makes such a difference to have a team that is kind, organized, and responsive. A huge thank you as well to Gehnny from maintenance — he is amazing! Every time we submit a ticket, it gets handled quickly and flawlessly. His work is efficient and thorough, and it gives us so much

Don't move here, they don't care about the tenants you can send them letters asking fir help with bugs or to keep the garbage and recycling clean, but nobody cares, I send more than a few pictures but nothing was done at all. And worst of all, they will find excuses at the end of your lease, to keep the money you pay as a deposit even if you left the apartment in mint condition by the time you leave.

Think twice before renting here ⚠️ Living here is a nightmare. Management’s main focus is raising your rent and finding ways to charge excessive fees. They make the move-out process intentionally stressful and rushed, practically forcing you to leave early just so they can justify outrageous charges. Expect fees for repainting, cleaning, and random items—even if you leave the apartment spotless. I was even charged for repainting the ceiling due to discoloration caused by their own alarm system. Living in an apartment in Miami can feel unsafe and chaotic, and this place is a perfect example. There is a serious lack of security. I absolutely love living here! The staff is so kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. The maintenance team truly goes above and beyond to get the job done and is always prompt and professional. I really appreciate how well everything is taken care of. Highly recommend this property!
