I have been renting with them for over a year the house needed a lot of cleaning and work done they did come out to repair most of it but other things were left undone. Now I have moved out they kept my deposit and charge me $1,140. $350 for cleaning , after we scrub floors and walls clean the house better than it was before I moved in and 800 for damages. I do accept some of the charges because they were my fault but not 1100 worth! I don't think the broker even looked at my inspection that I turned in when I first moved in and compared it I have called several times to try to meet with him to dispute the charges one time I had an appointment he was not there. I have left several messages they tell me they're going to call me right back so I can come meet with him and they never do. Kinda

I'm the owner of a house in Killeen , on Wagon Wheel, in the Stage Coach area. I want to correct a false, 1-star review left by someone without knowledge of our situation , or this reputable company. After multiple attempts to fix the plumbing issue, we are currently working to replace the system. Soldiers of Real Estate have been the utmost professionals in helping us through this difficult situation. Local contractors are asking exorbitant amounts, charging double and triple the prices of 5 years ago - Mr Steve Darden has helped us find more reasonable contractors that we might be able to afford. Throughout this all, he ensured the comfort of the tenants, placing them in a hotel, during the extensive repairs. This was an unforeseen episode with a house that never had issues up until

Do not rent from this company they charge you a deposit and they will keep your deposit every time I’ve been with this company six years two places with them and they have took all my deposit from both of the units I have formal friends that were rented from them and they kept their deposits as well. Their staff is kind until u get in the unit, They be nice while you’re in, but they do not work on anything. There true color come out when u are in contract. They do not come out and fix anything for the six years I rented from them they will not come out and fix anything. They would change on the portal that the task has been completed when all reality they never came out to fix anything. Do not recommend this company.
