SOLD OUT - Weslyn Park by Pulte Homes

The service provided by Pulte Homes demonstrated excellence and thorough follow-up during the home acquisition process. Regrettably, the same cannot be said for the post-closure phase, particularly when it comes to addressing warranty-related concerns and necessary corrections within the home. The responsiveness and commitment observed during the initial transaction were not sustained in the subsequent period, where the need for timely resolution of warranty items became apparent. This discrepancy in service quality post-home closure has been a point of concern for our overall experience with Pulte Homes.

Great design, very kind sales people, not the best in attention to detail and customer service. Really slow in correcting warranty issues. Two months after closing still dealing with issues that have not been resolved. Every day I find new details that need correction. My home has a wall that is not completely straight, it has a bump, other is not simetrical, instead of being rectangular one side is longer than other so edge is diagnonal. Irrigation system not working since day 1, still exterior panels without paint. Landscaping damaged by the construction of other houses. Vendors building other houses damage landscaping and left trash behind and nothing is done to correct this issue.

So far so good! Realtor, Construction Manager, were great and Mortgage was pretty smooth besides a few hiccups. Title was quick and seemless too. Would recommend!

I had done a great review after buying the home because everyone was very professional, but after I moved in the home I found a lot of issues that needed to be corrected and the communication and follow up have not been the best. I been in the home for two months and there’s still issues that need to be corrected and it’s so hard to obtain a response with a solution from the builder.

I have to give a huge thank you to Amber & Vaughn for their help, recommendations and encouragement as we built our dream home at Weslyn Park. We moved in on May 1 and could not be happier with the house and the community.
