Solay Horizon West Apartments

Year 2 of being here and its still wonderful! Lovely calm community. Spaces are always kept clean, really nice family atmosphere. The team here is also so friendly and feels very comfortable. New maintenance supervisor Ruben is wonderful and on top of things! Happy to have him on the team leading the charge :)

While I was at Solay for 1.5 years I thought my stay was good and decent, and would’ve given them a solid review. However, my mind has changed completely after the move out process. I was charged over 1000 dollars in fees. I was in a month to month lease and informed them in December (around Christmas) that I would be moving out in mid January. At no point did they ever mention (in person or in any email correspondence I had) there would be a whole month’s rent charged for failure to inform them with 30 days notice. The fee was stated in my original lease given in 2024, however I never received any new paperwork when I began month to month, and I truly feel this was never clarified with me when I talked with them. I LOVE this place! The only reason I left was because I was separating from the person I was living with, or else I would’ve stayed! Jessica and Michelle were so incredibly helpful throughout my entire lease, always kind. My unit was beautiful with a beautiful view from the balcony and fireworks! I think a huge part of anything luxury is how you’re treated and if anything goes wrong, how issues are resolved and I felt that we always got taken care of here at Solay. I think the biggest issues we had were the amount of kids ignorantly riding scooters throughout the parking lot and realistically it was just scary, I was always worried something would happen, but that’s on the parents. I’d like to give a big shoutout to Jesse from the maintenance team. He is an excellent professional—always responding to maintenance requests quickly, with a positive attitude, and true professionalism. Every time he’s come by, he’s clearly understood the issue right away and handled the repair with skill and efficiency. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such friendly service, but Jesse does exactly that. Thank you, Jesse, for keeping everything running smoothly! Highly recommend.

We absolutely love Solay Horizon West! From the moment we met Jessica Lopez online, until the day of our appointment June 2024 to view the property, she made us feel like this was our home ♥️ Jess is as personable in person as she is online. I feel like I’ve known her my whole life! We moved in August 2024 from living in Miami for 25 years and fell in love with the community. Our family expanded and we realized a one bedroom + den was perfect for us but we now needed a two bedroom for extra room for our new grandbaby and his extras. We couldn’t imagine living anywhere else- the community, the staff, the camaraderie, the social activities for the kids and adults, the food trucks…why would you want to live anywhere else? 🙏🏻♥️🙏🏻 Thank You Solay Team for ALWAYS making us feel like family 😘
