Solay Cape Coral Apartments

I don’t even know where to begin! I went in for a tour this past Tuesday, so let me start with the Property: Solay is absolutely beautiful! From the fixtures, to the design, it’s all so lovely. The apartments are spacious, and bright! The natural lighting is amazing. The bedrooms are roomie, and each one has walk in closets. The balcony is screened, so if you have pets, they are safe to play and rest out there. Everything is really nice. Now let’s talk about Heidis, I saved the best for last. Heidi is remarkable! She was so accommodating, and very knowledgeable, she answered all our questions. Heidis personality is what helped us make the decision to apply for an apartment! I am excited to move!

I’ve been living here since May, and I cannot say enough good things about the incredible team that keeps this community running. From the moment I moved in, the leasing office has felt like family. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with genuine smiles, kindness, and care that you just don’t find everywhere. Joel is truly a gem, he’s so thoughtful and always radiating positivity. Adrianna has such wonderful energy and goes above and beyond whenever I need assistance. Heidi’s friendliness and warmth make every interaction a bright spot in my day. The three of them are always going the extra mile to help residents, and it really shows how much they care. My kids and I absolutely love them all! My toddler gets so excited to stop by the office or attend the events held in the amenity building

I have to say that from the very first day when I came for the Tour, Heidi’s was great. Very professional and polite. I did have a bad experience when I first moved in, but all he took was a call to Heidi And she made it all great again. Not only was she able to solve my issue which was big and it was very disappointing at first, but she changed it in a way where whatever experience I might’ve had, it disappeared because she made Better than what I expected. Her professionalism, friendliness, and way of treating customers, is a plus for you guys. I give her five stars anytime.

I want to give a huge thank-you to Adriana and her entire team at Solay. They took their time to help me with everything I needed, and their patience and kindness truly made a difference. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares, listens, and goes above and beyond the way they do. But what makes Solay even more exceptional is the leasing staff. They consistently go above and beyond in every interaction, warm, professional, incredibly helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure residents feel taken care of. Every question is answered quickly, every need is met with a smile, and they truly make the entire experience feel seamless. If I could
