Solara Apartments

Have lived here for about a year, it's been getting better with updates here and there along with community events every month. Maintenance stays on top of it and management is getting better. Have had some of the nicest neighbors as well. Would recommend to others looking for a flexible and nice apartment !

So long story short I’ve been living here for five years almost since it was Delmar Terrance. When I tell you the expertise,professionalism, and great vibes. That Rosario brings to the team at the front office. I mean it is amazing how this woman came into the role of being the property manager and started fixing everything that was wrong with the property. I’m so glad that we have her and I hope that she continues to do a great job. I Will hopefully stay another 2 to 3 years with her being in charge of the property.

So I’ve been living here over a year know and have had nothing but a positive experience. Julissa in the office is the one who helped me acquire thee Apartment Dec 2024 and things have been cooler then the other side of the pillow since.. Grateful to them all

I had a wonderful experience at Solara Apartments. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with kindness and warmth by the entire staff. The community was clean and well maintained. I loved the amenities and prices were fair. Yazmin, the leasing, truly stood out; she went above and beyond to ensure my family felt welcome and comfortable throughout our tour. Whether it was offering local recommendations or checking in on us to see if we needed anything, her attention to detail made all the difference. Given such a positive experience, I moved in today.

I currently live at these apartments and if I would be able to rate them 0 stars I would and here’s why. New management is terrible. Everybody at the office is unprofessional and doesn’t help at all, I have requested maintenance many times and they always keep getting canceled, the walls in my bathroom are growing mold but no that request was also canceled, and my boiler is failing only have hot water for 5 minutes and they supposedly “fixed” it. I have 2 years living in this apartment complex and I always get charged for a pest control fee but never do I see them doing pest control. My wife is a very clean woman and she keeps our home clean but yet we see roaches here and there. Do not move in these apartments you will regret it.
