Solana Vista Apartments

I'm writing this review on behalf of my father who is currently living at these apartments. I've visited several times throughout the year and the exact same maintenance issues have not been resolved! This most recent significant issue is a health hazard is literally happening right now as i'm writing this. This video is what my father has been dealing with for the past 4 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Breanna has been amazing and helped me to apply into a unit. Great communication from Facebook to the office and move in. 110 percent recommend leasing with Bri. I am excited on my journey with Solana Vista Apartments

If I could give this horrible place negative stars, I would. This is BY FAR the worst apartment complex in the city. Front desk people extremely rude, Briana has her daughter at her workplace M-F and keeps the front door locked so tenants have to knock on the door every single time they need to go in the office. It took 4 months for us to get a mail key and we still don’t have a fire extinguisher. The water gets shut off 3-4 days out of EVERY WEEK and no matter how much I clean, bugs and ants still come inside. I couldn’t get my front door open with the key they provided to me so for weeks I had an issue and would be stuck standing outside of my door trying to open it. I was really happy with Brianna and Maria.They did everything possible for me to to move into my new apartment.There were always on top of things. And make sure ithanks and make sure everything was good in my apartment before I i moved in, always answered my calls and called me back every time I had questions to find out when I was going to move in, they never let me down. And finally, I'm able to move in. And I just love my apartment so so so much. The people here are very friendly. The apartments are very nice, very different environment, peaceful and quiet, they have 2 pools. They even have a dog park for my Pug, babies and Fur babies and they also have a weight room. I would recommend these apartments to anybody and everybody. And whoever has a voucher from section 8. Thank you, Jesus

I moved into the Solana Vista apartments in January 2022. It seemed as though every day there was a new challenge living there. A few highlights of my time there: Hot water was out 1/22/22 Hives all over my body, from the stress, or the mold 1/22/22-2/28/22 Closter rods were damaged 1/22/22 Water leak from upstairs bathroom into the downstairs pantry 1/28/22 Light in the kitchen never worked 1/22/22 Water stains all over the ceiling 1/22/22 Heater out 2/4/22 Electric outlets not working 1/22/22 Mold in downstairs pantry, due to water leak 2/13/22, repaired, but found again 10/3/22 Mold in downstairs bathroom due to the toilet leaking 10/3/22 ROACHES constantly, pest control only came into apartment TWICE in a year Multiple stray cats Fence by the parking lot has been broken Despite multi
