Solana at Duarte Station

I can’t recommend Alex highly enough! My girlfriend and I recently toured Solana, and Alex went above and beyond to make the experience exceptional. He patiently showed us 10 different units over the course of more than two hours, taking the time to walk us through every detail of each apartment. He never rushed us, even when it meant missing his lunch break entirely. His knowledge of the property is outstanding — he provided clear, detailed explanations about everything from floor plans and finishes to community amenities, maintenance, and little nuances that really helped us picture ourselves living there. We decided to tour Solana at the last minute and Alex was graciously able to accommodate us on a Sunday. He patiently showed us the various units, all of the amenities and insider information about the community. The apartment complex is wonderful with several great amenities, especially the sauna! Something that is not common anywhere else. Alex went above and beyond spending almost 2 hours with us to make sure we understood everything about this property and he even was gracious enough to show us the sister community Esperanza nearby that is owned by the same property management company. I highly recommend asking for Alex when you tour and I thank him again for a wonderful experience!

He patiently showed me various units, listened carefully to my needs, and provided valuable advice. The apartment complex is absolutely beautiful with fantastic amenities. Although I ultimately decided to rent elsewhere due to my commute and the size and affordability of the unit, Alex’s professionalism and patience stood out. We toured the beautiful Solana at Duarte Station on Sunday, and what a beautiful experience! Alex patiently and expertly gave us a tour of all the spectacular amenities and various different layouts of apartments. He was kind, personable and so knowledgeable. While we have a few more months before our current lease is up, we had an exceptional introduction and look forward to potentially moving in one day!
