Solana Apartments

I’m just waiting to finish my lease and I can’t wait. This has been the worst place I’ve ever lived. I spent 9 hours cleaning the condo and they charged me a cleaning fee. I had to pay for most of the repairs and I keep paying. The shelves of the fridge were “fixed” with tape and the black one.I’m keeping my pictures and video from day one.

ZERO STARS. Been living here for 6 months, I regret this decision deeply and can't wait to leave. The management company, Taylor Association Management, is the biggest scam I have ever seen. I don't know where the HOA fees go, because it is certainly not towards caking care of the apartment complex. Trash everywhere. The mail boxes were vandalized and it took a month to fix them enough so we could get mail, and the door to the mail room is still broken months later and doesn't shut. The pool is always a mess, often completely locked so no one can use it. My fab never works for the gym no matter how many times I send them pictures to "reprogram" the lock, or drive to Henderson to get a new fab. The property is small and quite. Near all my favorite shopping centers and my job. My apartment is spacious for the price. I love having a fireplace.

This is probably THE best apartment complexes I have ever lived in. The office staff and maintenance guys are very kind, prompt, & hard working. Anytime I’ve had a problem they fix it. The property management really do go out of their way to help, and they even brought candy to my door for Halloween, and went to every single door on the property with “Boo Boxes” 😆 to hand out to all residents. I play to stay here for a very long time! They do have security at least 5 nights a week, so that helps keep the property safer.

The people who manage this apartment complex do nothing. After our apartment was burglarized and two windows were smashed, in less than a week they sent us a letter saying we needed to fix the boarded up windows or they would fine us. But they can take their time to fix things! For example- the mailboxes were vandalized and we couldn't get mail. It was over a month before they were fixed- and even now there is no lock on the door to the mailroom so anyone can go in at any time. A car crashed through the wall in front of our apartment, and they didn't clean up the debris or board up the hole for two days. The board is still there- they probably will never fix the hole! The key fobs don't work for the gym or the pool no matter how many times you email them to get the keys "reset" or drive to
